Our Mission: To build a Relationship

The Mission, should you register with us, you are backed up by a established counseling service. Not all deployments are a bed of roses, but it helps to have a team of counselors working with you, facilitating and understanding the problems faced between the two parties. We hereby seek solutions. This is expected simply because domestic maids come from completely different cultures. We concentrate on building on their intellectual abilities rather than their knowledge, which may be considered sparse in our context. We must find the maids' motivation to serve. Every one is familiar with the need for a relationship between the employer and employee. Our counseling services aims to assist, rather than force this process. This involves the efforts of the three parties:

The employer and the immediate family
The maid and
